📖 How to Use the App

Welcome to Aditya Student Photos! This tool makes it easy to find student photos using their roll numbers or names.

1. Select your College: Choose between AU (Aditya University), AEC, or ACET using the buttons at the top.
2. Enter your search:
   • Type a full 10-digit roll number to see exactly one student.
   • Type a Name (like "Sagar") to find students with that name.
   • Type a Prefix to see an entire batch (All photos of a specific branch and year) photos at once.
3. Click Generate Photos: The app will automatically find the photos, student names, and their branches.

🧩 What is a "Prefix"?

A prefix is just the starting part of a roll number.

Instead of typing >60 different roll numbers to see your entire class or branch, you only need to type the first 7 or 8 characters that your whole class shares.

For AEC / ACET Students:

• If you are in ACET IT (2023 batch), your full roll number might be 23MH1A1202.
• The prefix for your entire class is 23MH1A12.
• If you type just 23MH1A12 and click search, the app will magically generate photos for every student from 01 to the End in your branch!

For Aditya University (AU) Students:

• If you are in AU CSE (2024 batch), your full roll number might be 24B11CS001.
• The prefix for your entire class is 24B11CS.
• If you type just 24B11CS and click search, the app will magically generate photos for every student from 001 to the End in your branch!

🔍 Understanding Roll Numbers

Roll numbers look confusing, but they are just a secret code that tells us exactly when you joined, what campus you are in, and what you are studying.

1. Traditional Format (AEC & ACET)

Example: 23MH1A1202

Note: Lateral Entry students will have "5A" instead of "1A" (e.g., 24MH5A1201).

2. Aditya University Format (AU)

Example: 24B11CS001
